Thank you for visiting and shopping at Caffe Piceno. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [5-7 business days].
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [2-3 business days].
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [1 business day].

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Caffe Piceno currently ships to addresses within the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated by the carrier and allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Caffe Piceno is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, if you require assistance, reach out to us, and we will do our best to support you.

To file a claim, please:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and any necessary information.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Caffe Piceno is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
